Because digital products can be redeemed instantly, special refund limitations apply.

- The product was delivered successfully.
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- The customer changed their mind after delivery.
- The customer cannot redeem due to regional, account, or Discord restrictions outside our control.

A refund or replacement may be provided if:
- The gift link is invalid before redemption.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- Delivery failed and the order could not be completed.
- Duplicate charges occurred.
We may require evidence such as screenshots or transaction records.
4. Chargebacks
Opening fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Permanent blacklist from our services
- Reporting to payment processors
- Suspension of future purchases
Customers should contact support before opening disputes.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds may take:
- 1–10 business days depending on the payment provider
- Longer for banks or international payment systems
6. Cryptocurrency Payments
Unless required by law:
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally non-refundable due to blockchain irreversibility.
